Assignment Interpolis Pensioenen succeeded |

In the past two years the Test manager of Misabi Testmanagement executed several assignments with Interpolis Pensioenen (IP). This period was very instructive and successful. He will thank all his great colleagues where he has cooperated with. Interpolis thank you!
Within the Web services program the test organisation was build up from scratch. Many projects with each their own specific characteristics and dependencies are provided with the right test approach (SIT/FAT/GAT/PAT). Ronald was in the role of test manager responsible for setting up the test strategy, composing the test teams, co operating between these teams, resource management and managing all the test activities. After this program, due to the positive results, Ronald was asked for the test management role of a new program and new projects besides the former projects. Although it was becoming more and more complex, Ronald was capable to hold the overview over all the projects and dependencies. With minimum resources he reached the maximum. Another dimension of the assignment was the five different test locations (De Meern, Utrecht, Zoetermeer, Groningen en Tilburg. Ronald has made a great step with testing at IP. The present test organisation will now be improved due to the fusion with Achmea. |
